Mexican food is so full of taste and so fulfilling that you simply cannot resist. It's not complicated to make it, but maybe you would like to try something a little bit different. So, you might start with this easy to make Mexican black bean salad recipe, and, if you find it good, you might wanna try some other, equally interesting and tasty ones.
Basic ingredients are the same, black beans from the can, canned sweet corn, avocado, sliced, lime juice, chili powder, garlic, minced, a clove or two, or more if you prefer, salt and pepper and olive oil. Combine lime juice, olive oil, salt, pepper and slices of chili pepper with minced garlic. Mix well. Dice your feta cheese and combine all ingredients together with bread cubes and your prepared dressing.
Grilled salad, why not. One smaller eggplant, sliced, one zucchini, sliced as well, one green pepper, sliced, one sweet red pepper, usual ingredients such as black beans and sweet corn in can, tablespoon of acetto balsamico, olive oil, minced garlic, three cloves, two nice tortillas, avocado, salt, pepper, chili powder, lime and a good grated cheese, that's what you need for this recipe.
