Sweets are the reason why most children and young adults gain weight because it lacks the needed nutrients to nourish the body. And in turn makes you more hungry and craving for more because it does not fill you. That is why sweets and fats should be taken in moderation or even less. Keep your pantry stocked with the three levels of good meal and concocting up a tasty recipe will be as easy as one, two, and three.

Changing to a healthier life style and diet does not mean losing weight and fat. Even though those two aspects are part of it, but you are simply preventing diseases for the long term. Start the change today and be a happier and healthier person.
