Coffee is one of the greatest creation that was made by the people here in on earth, it completes our lives in a magical touch. We have our reason why we are drinking it but, whatever reason you may have it is still one of the best taste we are looking for. However, drinking too much coffee would bring some side effects in our body.

We should have control and make sure that we take these stuff in a moderate manner to prevent issues in our body. There are many reports that it could greatly affect the human body that is why they have created a coffee substitute. This is helpful to people and it is composed mostly of organic materials.

Coffee has a caffeine on it and it is an addicted form of element wherein if take too much of it can surely lead into something horrible. It creates a vibe that relates over your body and mind that simulate into something or might lead to addiction. Substitutes are created for medical, religious, and economical purposes.

Children are one of the people who are not allowed drink coffee and this substitutes that can make them have a taste of the blended beverage. Some people do not practice to have it because it is not allowed in their religion and it is not appropriate for them to take it. These practices are strictly followed in their religion.

Some cultures are practicing the intake of teas and other natural ingredients that do not contain caffeine which is roasted to form a beverage. They have the option to make it sweeter and served it as a hot drink. This is a good alternative because the ingredients are from almonds, acorn, barley, asparagus, and many more.

Ersatz has a perfect blend made of chicory, roasted, rice, and peas which suits well with each other. Caro comes from roasted barley together with the malted barley and a rye which is mixed in a nice blend.

Postum is popular to Mormons where it is made of roasted wheat bran, molasses, and a wheat where this is fat and caffeine free. There is also a product that is made of carob, chicory, and the roots of a dandelion which is known as Teeccino. A famous Polish drink that has the ingredients of sugar beet, barley, and a chicory known as an Inka.

They are prepared differently but, each process are insured safe which will not create issues with the results it could possibly have. Some were form as powdered ingredients and are perfect in dissolving them for a quick drink. You can have a taste of each of them all together as a perfect combo for your breakfast.
